Our first collaboration with Los Angeles based artist Aaron Johnson takes a look back and brings new life to previous portraits by the artist.

“For this deck I selected from my favorite portrait paintings characters to adorn the royal cards. I made drawings anthropomorphizing the club/spade/heart/diamond symbols into impish little creatures. Small Wonder editions are functional art, an edition that has more life than just a print hanging on the wall, and people can engage with my work in a very active and personal way through playing with this deck.” - Aaron Johnson
