SHIPPING AND RETURN

SHIPPING

Orders are normally shipped within 1 to 3 business days, subject to availability. During new releases, dispatch may take longer. Delivery times vary by country and are estimates. If we have not delivered within 30 days of Acceptance, or within a delivery date we have agreed with you, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund.

Products are delivered to a valid address within the Territory (the “Delivery Address”). Please check the Delivery Address in your order confirmation and let us know of any errors without delay. We may charge for extra costs arising from changes to the Delivery Address after you have placed your order.

All orders are shipped with FedEx, USPS or DHL. Shipping costs are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

The risk of loss or damage to the Products passes to you when the Products are delivered to you, or to a person you have designated, at the Delivery Address.

TIMED EDITIONS

Products released as timed editions are not yet in stock. The estimated production and dispatch time is stated on the product page.

Timed editions are charged in full when the order is placed, and the contract is concluded at that time.

Estimated dispatch times are estimates only. Production may be delayed, and if we expect a significant delay, we will inform you by email with an updated estimate.

You can cancel an order for a timed edition for a full refund at any time before it is dispatched by emailing contact@small-wonder.dk with your name and order number. Once the Products have been delivered, the normal 14-day right of withdrawal applies.

If your order contains both timed editions and in-stock Products, the entire order is shipped together when all Products are ready. If you would prefer to receive the in-stock Products first, please contact us; additional shipping costs may apply.

If we are unable to fulfil a pre-order, we will cancel it and refund the full amount, including shipping.

RETURNS

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the Products.

To withdraw, send a clear statement of your decision to contact@small-wonder.dk within the 14-day period, including your name and order number. We will confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email.

You must return the Products no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. Returns must be sent with a carrier that provides tracking information. You are responsible for the cost of returning the Products.

Products must be returned unused and in their original condition and packaging. If the seal on playing cards has been broken, we may reduce the refund by up to the full purchase price to reflect the loss in value. You are also liable for any reduction in the value of other Products resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning.

We will refund the purchase price, including the cost of standard delivery, no later than 14 days after receiving your notice of withdrawal. We may withhold the refund until we have received the Products or you have provided proof of having sent them back. Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for the purchase.
